QR codes don’t appear after buying label

Hi! I typically buy my eBay labels at the post office and both items didn’t generate a QR code. Is this an error or something new?

If you buy your labels at the PO, you wouldn't get a QR code from Ebay.

I bought a Priority Mail label earlier today and it showed the QR option.

Hey @capgree-2a38mqeb . If for some reason you're not getting the email confirmation, you can go to the order and use the "reprint" option which will allow you to access a copy of the code.

I, too, have purchased the occasional shipping label from my phone's app while at the post office then printed the label from the self service kiosk. So convenient. 🙂
