Why is ebay sending a USPS label for a return?

If I ship an item out FED EX and the customer returns the item (SNAD), when I approve the return and include a label, why is eBay sending a USPS label instead of a FED EX label like the item was originally shipped?

Because ebay issues usps return labels. Thats who they are contracted with for return shipments.
