I sell comic books and I recently sold one where it said the buyer selected Media Mail. Comic books cannot be sent with Media Mail so I had to pay for First Class and got shorted on the sale. I'm very careful when I create the listings to always put First Class so I don't understand why it said Buyer Selected or how the buyer can arbitrarily select something that's not allowed for the item. Does anyone have any clue how something this can happen?

When I look at your sold lsitings, your recently sold listing for "The Wicked And The Divine 6" shows Media Mail as the only shipping option.
Are you certain you did not just make one mistake on one listing?

When a seller creates a listing, at that time the SELLER sets the available options that a buyer will see. If the buyer selected media, it is because you offered it.

Recently sold:
The Wicked and the Divine description says ships with MM. Shipping tab says MM.
Whisper Dark description says ships Priority Mail. Shipping tab says First Class.
Currently live:
The Comet description says ships Priority Mail. Shipping tab says First Class.
Dark Angel description says ships Priority Mail. Shipping tab says First Class.
That's all I checked, @funfir_14, but I think the problem might be that you're using "Sell Similar" but not updating all the details. You can create templates with shipping predetermined and name them First Class and Priority. Aside from that you need to be more diligent with listing details.
