Combining shipping

A buyer bought 3 items separately but would like them shipped together. I have done this for this buyer before but cannot figure out how I was able to combine them. I have a copy of the old combined invoice and it is called Pick List. That term does not get me anything when I use it to search in Help. It is necessary to somehow combine the purchases to be able to insure the package for more than just one item separately. Ebay will not allow me to change the insured amount. I know this can be done because I did it last month, but now I'm lost ...

From your orders page select the checkbox next to all of the relevant sales. Above the sales list click the shipping button. On the bulk shipping page click combine as shown below.
