Why am I being forced to provide a shipping label and tracking on a listing that is local pickup only? Does this mean I will end up with multiple defects now because your system is requiring this? I have 10 of these available

Call ebay and speak with a customer service rep to hopefully resolve the issue.

That would appear to be a very good question.  If the item were listed as a local pickup only item, why would the buyer not have declined to take possession of the item if it wasn't as described when they came to pick it up?

I don’t think this a snad situation.  It looks like they just sold 2 of an item that is listed as pick up only and they are being told to print a shipping label and given a ship by date.

Do I understand this correctly?  You’re messaging a web address to the buyer so that they can then buy the dollhouses on that site?
