Which shipping providers can I depend on right now? USPS is a complete mess

Which shipping service can I trust right now? Because I recently had to refund a customer out of pocket because after 15 days USPS still had not delivered the package, and no tracking information was available. Another package I dropped off a few days ago, I have no idea where it is.

I have some orders right now that I need to ship but I don't trust that USPS will deliver them and I don't want to lose more money.

Are there any shipping services that will actually deliver packages? Has anyone used FedEx?

Thanks for posting this because I asked some USPS people on another forum regarding shipping delays and they said delivery time was in normal range.

Anyways, I imagine UPS and FedEx have similar delays. You can always make your processing time longer.

Only very minor problems with USPS, on the order of 1 day longer to deliver.

But, those sellers using Media Mail are seeing extraordinary delays since those shipments do not need to move during times of congestion (which is what we have been experiencing, and will continue to experience).  Another seller had packages delayed in and around NY City, which is understandable.

I'm guessing that one of these two is your problem.
