I'm printing shipping labels on the Stamps.com online version because the software version is not working, however I can't find any area where you can add signature confirmation. Does anyone know where this area is at?

The only way I can find @mozartbach1971 is to create a preset and apply it to the order. On the top right of the order panel you'll see "apply preset" - click on that.
When the pop up appears, click the "add" link at the top to add a new preset.
From there you can create the preset and the signature option is on the drop down next to Tracking.

I already have a preset for a certain amount of things, if I add this present will this be added to everything and all items I select with the preset option have signature confirmation?

It will only apply when you click 'apply preset' in the order panel and select the preset that has signature confirmation.
You can edit existing presets and add signature to them. If you don't want to change existing presets but want the same options, then create a new preset with the same settings and add signature. Make sure you name it including the word signature so it's easily identifiable.

I went there and clicked on tracking and it does not have the signature confirmation option. It just says None.

Sorry, I don't know. I took that screenshot after I read your question.
If you're editing an existing preset, try creating a new one instead. Short of that I don't know what else to suggest.
If you need to get labels done tonight, need signature and can't get past the stamps.com web issues, then consider buying the labels from eBay or pirateship.com.
If you can wait until tomorrow to see if the stamps.com software is working again then do that.

I'll call Stamps.com tomorrow. Thanks

Sounds similar to dot ca using eBay labels. If you go to Canadapost any additional options are available where applicable. eBay Labels features like that have been missing since implementation. (additional insurance, signature, shipping tube) .
With Stamps is there a field for an email address? That is also missing with eBay labels. A requirement for International shipping in case customs needs to contact the buyer as a back up to cell numbers.

I don't think I saw an area for an e-mail on the online version.

It's there if you expand the buyer address field.

I just called Stamps.com and they told me signature confirmation is not available on the online version. I'll just have to do a manual entry on their software to ship this order out.

With eBay labels there is no way to expand an address. (At least not on dot ca). Unfortunately eBay has never grasped that addresses come in different formats for the rest of the world. For an item to get delivered the address on the parcel/Label has to match requirements for the country. If you used Shippo you could modify but only up to a point.
