Hello, I placed order on January 5th and it says delivered to local facility, but usps still says awaiting package.. how long until I receive it?

Not sure anyone can answer this question.  USPS has a huge backlog so no way to tell if your item is stuck in that or not.

You are protected by the Money Back Guarantee so find the estimated deliver date (EDD) and use that if you need to get a refund.
