Hello everyone,
So I have a problem and need advice. I sold a item on Ebay. At the end of the auction, Ebay decided to take down my auction because they said I sold it for too much (I believe another seller was mad that I was competition and reported it to ebay) anyway, the buyer paid, I had printed out the buyers information that was listed on ebay (which only showed the address for Global Shipping in Kentucky) I packaged it up, sent it through UPS. Buyer saying they did not receive package. Buyer says she lives in Sweden but of course the only address I had was address in Kentucky. I have tracking information that shows, someone signed for it in Kentucky. I showed buyer tracking information and what information Ebay had for her. And I cannot track anything beyond Kentucky. But since Ebay took down listing, she cannot see the sale from her end. So she now says I am a scammer, and says she has contacted a lawyer and that I can be sued. She said ebay gave her my contact information. Spoke with Paypal and they said if I added tracking information, the case is closed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🙂

If the sales was completed using Global Shipping Program then your responsibility for delivery ends when it reaches the GSP center in KY.
You will win any not received claim as long as it shows delivery to KY, just provide the tracking number to PayPal in the dispute.
You will just have to wait for the process to complete.
Into your life it will creep
