I tried two different Post Offices near my home and they don't have them. I had placed an order for them online, months back, but they were delievered for some reason.
Now I need to ship something by monday that is not going to fit in anything other than a Regional Box B1. My only other option is the Largest size Priority Box which is going to cost me twice as much or FedEx SmartPost which is economy shipping.
Any Advise?

You can use any regular box and ship via regular Priority Mail rather than using the flat-rate box.

Yes.

You can use any box to ship USPS Priority, they do not have to be the preprinted ones from the USPS.
Having said that, you DO have to use the actual USPS Regional Rate boxes to get the special Regional rate pricing, and you DO have to use the actual USPS Flate Rate boxes to get the special Flat rate pricing.

Exactly, pricing is main reason to have and use them.

Order some boxes.

Ordering won't help him/her now. He/she needs to ship by Monday.
Your advise will only help the OP on future shipments.
The OP needs to ship via mediulm flat rate or std priority and bit the bullet on shipping
