When using EIS it's important to always enter the package weight and size on the listing

How does EIS determine the shipping price if the seller offers free or flat rate shipping to the Hub?

This is a question I asked in the Mentor Lounge.

Devon had started out helping me but kyle@ebay  Is the community team member who provided the answer and said I could share it on the boards.

So the take away is even if you are offering free or flat rate shipping to the hub it's best to always enter the package weight and size when you use EIS.
