You should always use a tracking # . Hopefully you get positive feedback from this sale.

If you just marked as shipped without adding a tracking number, the funds will be released automatically about 7 days after the latest estimated delivery date. Buyer feedback won't affect this.

Your title is a bit confusing.

Did you "Mark as Payment Received"

Or

Are your funds on hold in PayPal?

If you got paid through checkout, there is no reason to mark as Payment Received.

If you log in to PayPal, are the funds there?
