When can i file a case against a seller?

I purchased an item on april 19th and it says it will be arriving between june1-june30th. Currently it is June16th and i checked the shipping number and it seems to be a fake shipping number and it is NOT shipped.

In addition, I checked the reviews and two reviews regarding the same item i bought said they never received theirs and the seller was a scam. Funny thing is the seller had 10+positive reviews with no negative reviews before this item.

So I want to file a case and just get my money and not even bother to get it. Is there such a way? Or ebay will not allow you to do so until 7 days after June30th?

You can file right after the last estimated delivery date which is June 30th.

thank you 🙂 can you also tell me on a seperate note, for an Unpaid item recorded and case closed, (i only have one on my account), do ebay take money away directly from me? Or that is just one warning? thanks again!

No, Ebay wont take money from you for an unpaid item..just dont get another one, you may get suspended.

Yes, there is. You can open a dispute at PayPal right now. Then go back to click Escalate to PayPal at the bottom @yut_9602, and wait for your refund.
