When buying shipping on ebay for orders get message "We were not able to take the payment."

Anyone else having issues buying shipping through ebay today?  Normally, I just buy shipping for each order and it automatically deducts from my paypal.  I was able to complete a few orders earlier today but now it gives me this error message on all remaining orders.  When I go to paypal directly to buy shipping, I have no issue at all.  Seems to be an ebay problem.

Was there enough money in your PP account to cover the label? If not, they may have been having trouble pulling it from your back up source.

Since they changed to managed payments in the last few months, I've had a $0 balance in paypal.  Buying postage on ebay has worked fine up until today.  I was able to purchase 3 labels earlier this morning through ebay (with $0 paypal balance) and now it gives the error message.  Going to paypal "shipnow" link, I'm able to print labels just fine using the same paypal account with $0 balance.  I guess I'll have to use paypal for now and if the issue persists, I'll have to call ebay about it since it's clearly a problem with ebay and not paypal since I can purchase labels through paypal no problem.

You can change your funding source for the labels from PP to your Pending MP funds if you want.
