When To Print a USPS Scan Form

Looking for some advice on the bulk shipping tool as it relates to generating a scan sheet/form. During the week I typically print labels in the evening for sales that occurred that day, and I print labels again early the next morning for any sales that took place overnight. I then take all those packages to the post office that morning.

When I went to print a scan form this morning (Tuesday) it only populated 3 labels on the form, although I had approximately 15 packages all from sales that occurred the prior day (Monday), 13 printed on Monday night and 2 on Tuesday morning. I had printed all labels through the bulk shipping tool. 

Should I be printing a scan form at the end of each day and another one in the morning if needed? There is some language on the eBay page about the timing of this, but it is not very clear about when the USPS shipping day starts and stops. 

On Monday morning I printed a scan sheet and it grabbed 17 labels from Sunday and Monday morning. Just trying to figure out a good workflow on this based on my schedule.

i use bulk shipping tool every day , its doesn't matter,  the important thing is when you print scan form that need to be scan within your handling time, if you will use ups or fed ex then those labels will not be visible in scan form, because scan form is for USPS only , but if you print pick list the it will show you detail of all orders USPS, UPS, FEDEX etc.

bulk shipping tools has a lot of issues,  specially when you have order with quantity of 2 or more then it will not show up qty on label when you enable the" custom text on label" option. 

bottom line : when you print labels , customer get notification same time that item has been shipped out but actually its not shipped out. so just make sure when you print scan form then just take packages and the scan form to post office within handling time of your listing, so you will not get high late shipment rate most of time, if USPS scan the scan form and delay the physical scan on packages then there would be delay but then you can call ebay and can tell them that you get form scanned but there was delay from carrier. sometime people on reception scan the scan form only but do physical scan lately.

USPS is messes up from few months and their service is terrible, once scan form will be scanned within handling time and if USPS will delay the package then you can call ebay and ask them to remove the defect from your account if occurs.

I don't use ebay to print labels but whenever you print them, the most important aspect is when they are scanned by USPS, ebay 'timing' in regard to when they are printed or when the USPS shipping day starts is irrelevant.
