The buyer with zero (0) marks bought one item for me.It comes with free shipping.
The problem is:his address is without house number,meaning it's incomplete.
I've seen addresses without house number,but this one...seems a bit odd to me.
He's from Russia,from Sankt Petersburg.His street translates to something like "Moscow boulevard".I'm assuming it's one pretty big and long street.And among couple of hundred,if not thousands of people,I really don't know how the postman will find him without house number?
I wrote him once (yesterday),and again today,asking for his house number.He's not answering.Maybe he doesn't even speak English (I don't know).
I ship things within 24 hours.It's been now 48 hours and I still haven't shipped it.In a message today I told him i have to ship it today,just waiting him to give me his house number.by the way,on Paypal address there's also house number missing.
Should I ship it,no matter if address is incomplete?
I am pretty sure the shipment will come back to me,as it will be undeliverable.
He also opted out for shipping without "registering",so I won't have tracking ("proof") of sending the shipment.Which complicates the whole situation.
