Hello, I shipped a package to a seller on the 21st, and it was supposed to arrive on the 24th. It’s still located in my city and now has a message displaying visible damage. At this point I could’ve shipped the product faster than the workers at USPS.

It seems clear that something happened causing damage and that's why it's taking so long. If you don't see movement within a couple days of the damage notice you can file a missing mail inquiry with USPS.

After 5 days of showing no movement, and being stagnant in the system, with no travel updates, you can open an inquiry. Call the 800 USPS #, file an inquiry, and they will give you a case number. I've had to use this *cattle prod* several times, and it's always worked for me.

If it hasn't left, have you contacted your PO and asked about it?
