What's Wrong with USPS Service????

I've been trying to track a couple of packages and all I'm getting is "This service is temporarily unavailable-AK1213."  The service is getting worse and worse.  I'm tired of them blaming everything on the COVID.  This was happening long before COVID came around.  Anyone else having the same problem.

I had a buyer this morning ask why tracking is not updating on eBay. All my other orders have either been delivered or in transit. Received that same message as well. Obviously something is wrong with the usps.

Have you had this problem before COVID?  It seems everyone is blaming the COVID for everything.  This was happening way before COVID.

The USPS is not blaming the temporary downtime with their tracking interface on COVID-19.

I usually watch my tracking on most if not all the Items I sell.  If I notice an Item has not delivered I usually give it about three days past delivery date unless the buyer is questioning the tracking.  Once It is past the date or I am being questions I open a missing mail report here on the USPS website.

It usually takes a day or two and my package starts moving again.

Curious...do you know why it's still down or when it will be back up?

I can't find the tracking number since I can't get into the USPS Tracking.  The form requires a tracking number.

Check with "Downdetector.com".   That site gives you more information.

FINALLY...I was able to track my package.  Where is it?  Still in KY as it has been for the LAST WEEK!  The package will come ripped up/shredded and almost open.  I won't be able to figure out if something is missing or not.
