You can schedule a pickup with USPS so you don't have to go out.

You can put your listings on Time Away until you're able to resume business, but you will need to fill any current orders within your stated handling time.

That is your best option.  Rest , take care of yourself first.  Hopefully , no one else catches it in your home.
