No tracking number for the local post service after custom clearance

My package cleared customs in the country where I live, but I don't get any tracking number for the local post service. I tried to track the package with the international tracking number UPAAF... in the local post service but the tracking number isn't in their system yet. The custom was cleared 3 days ago.

The package was shipped through the global shipping program?  Try that tracking number here...
