What kind of return label is this?

I am located in the USA and the seller is from China.  I needed to return an item back because it's defective, and the seller has agreed the return.  But, does anyone know what kind of shipping label this is?  Where do I drop it off?  Is USPS able to take a package with this kind of label from Singapore as it says?

Re: What kind of return label is this?

Contact eBay by phone (Google their number, don't muddle through the link below) or social media to escalate your return for the reason seller has not provided a return label.

eBay will put the case on 5 days for the seller to either provide a label, or refund, no return needed. If the seller does neither, eBay will force a refund, no return.

That is a Singapore Post label, so you would have to mail it from Singapore.

As mentioned above, you cannot use this label.  With a defective item, the seller must pay for the return shipping (or refund you without requiring the return).    Since you are in the USA, the seller would need to provide you with a USA return label such as one from USPS (not a Singapore Post return label).

  • Far East (China, Singapore) sellers will typically not provide a label.
  • If they want the product back, then you need to determine the price of tracked shipping to Singapore by going over to the USPS site and getting a quote ... only the more expensive options provide tracking.
  • You then send a note to your seller stating that (a) they must provide a USA international shipping label, and not a Singapore label; (b) the cost for the label is $$$; and, (c) they need to send money for this label to your PayPal account for you to purchase the label and return the product.
  • In the vast majority of cases, the Far East seller will either not respond or try to distract you (just keep repeating the same request and don't fall for the distractions).  If the money doesn't appear in your PayPal account after 2 business days, escalate the return with eBay noting that the seller will not accommodate a USA-originated return shipping label for a Money Back Guarantee claim.   eBay will force the refund of your original purchase price.

Thanks.  I'm so used to writing responses like the one above for a China return, I forget that there are other international countries.  Smiley Very Happy

@orangehound

lol I hear you.  I won't ship international from my ebay accounts due to the liberal returns ... but i do from other venues.  am still learning my way.  but the delcon countries are the ONLY ones i will ship to simply because of the notifications.  that said I am not an authority on global shipping with less than 50 packages sent out-US.

I do wish all well and easy transactions that do ship from ebay international tho.
