I'm the seller and the package is 2 weeks overdue. Used to be fairly simple to file and claim and they would hunt it down, and would often shake it loose for delivery. I've even had USPS local reps call me to let me know. Well, the nice is gone now, as in the last 2 days. I had to login and file a domestic claim (previously did not take logging on), as if the package is lost, which I don't know. Anybody else dealing with this?

If you are able to bring up the claim form, count yourself as lucky. I only get an error message when pulling up the form.

That just started not long ago. I have used it and it seems to work at least.
