I have noticed lately that when I go to print out a label, often the buyer has apparently been given the option of selecting the service they want you to use. I have already input the service I will be using in my terms within the listing. It is really messing me up right now because I sold something to an international buyer and had selected priority mail international, NOT flat rate, but the buyer selected PMI Flat rate box and I don't see an option to change it to simply PMI. How can I change this? I do not have a PMI flat rate box.

Buyer Selected just means that it is one of the services you provided in the listing and the buyer paid for. They cannot add their own choices. If you only offer one service, that's the one the Buyer Selected
You must have had one of the Flat Rate Box options in your listing.
When you go to purchase postage, right below the "Ship On" date area, there are two buttons. One says Custom Size, and the other says Carrier Packaging.
The regular ole Flat Rate Box can be used both domestically or internationally. The international maximum weights are different though (not US 70 lbs.). SFRB is 4 lbs. Medium & Large FRB is 20 lbs. max.
I can only see your yesterday sales, otherwise I would've looked before I typed 🙂

I only chose PMI, never checked of flat rate, but I just solved it. The trick is that you have to input the dimensions and it will bring up the option for regular PMI shipping.
