I get that Ebay is trying to save money by hiring foreign customer services companies, however, they don't even try to help, their English is terrible and when they don't understand what you are saying, they "advise" you to call PAYPAL , omg I'm sick of this, I promised I try to be nice but I'm very frustrated with this? Anybody experiencing the same? My last 4 calls were answered for foreign team mates 😞

And with a Ebay coupon you can get 20 different answers from the same 10 calls.
Time for a U.S. tariff on customer service calls outsourced to foreign countries to encourage domestic call centers.
At least U.S. citizens would be employed while they are not being helpful.

This is a dangerous trend that keeps getting worse. Where I live old parts of town and entire neighborhoods are being bought up and ripped out, to be replaced by 3-story Asian housing. But yes I have had the same issues, and quite frankly I will be looking for other outlets to sell merchandise. It's bad enough with what ebay charges, then you also have paypal taking a cut, which forces me to sell items higher than I'd like to. Time to move on and keep my money-and speak to English speaking individuals.

Getting a US based rep on the phone is actually pretty easy. Just call during the morning. If you are calling at night, you will be forwarded to an overseas call center because the US based one is closed. If you do get a rep that you aren't comfortable talking with, hang up and call again.

Let me make a slight adjustment to your comment ....
If your question is NOT on their script, they just give out random, inaccurate advice in order to make you satisfied and get you off the phone .... but that advice can lead you into a worse situation.
