What is the difference between Media Mail and Free Economy?

Media mail is a USPS class of mail designed to ship specific items at a lower  cost.  Free economy is an economy service that you choose to offer free to your buyer, but still costs you money to ship.  

Anything eligible for media mail can ship economy mail, but not everything going economy mail can ship media mail.

Your listings offer the Free Economy method via Media Mail.

eBay has invented categories for shipping services, based mostly on delivery time.  eBay's "Economy" category includes not only Media Mail, but also UPS Ground saver, etc. You can see the list of services and their categories on the listing form.
