I am tempted to say...well the item has stopped working...but that is of no help to you...so perhaps if you provide some detailed information better answers than mine may be forthcoming.

Read the ebay Money Back Guarantee.  You have 30 days to file a claim.

Very few, if any, items sold on eBay come with a warranty.  However, you can open a SNAD complaint with eBay up to 30 days after you receive the product.  if the seller is an authorized dealer or distributor, then you might be able to return the item for replacement of refund.  If it's a private seller of used goods, then maybe not.  Who's to say you didn't cause the malfunction?

If the item (mother board) worked for  two weeks, it was functional & operational at time of shipment & delivery.  Other issues can  "fry" a mother board iconditions such as a sudden power surge or under voltage operation.
