What if an auction goes for over the GSP or country limit?

Experts,

As per a footnote in the eBay description of the GSP program, if the item sells for over $2500 (or a lower country limit) I am "responsible for arranging alternate international shipping."

Do I specify this "alternate method" in the item description? Do I prepare the buyer for this possibility by including some kind of condition, like "it may or may not be shipped by the GSP program" depending on the final bid? Is there a way to specify the new shipping cost in the event that the item goes over the GSP limit?

Mike
