The buyer has been acting like a spoiled brat since day 1 he left me a negative comment for not shipping the package on time before even receiving the item. The item was purchased on 17th and I shipped the item on the 18th however for some reason the USPS tracking showed the acceptance date as 19th. He left a negative comment on the 18th just one day after clearing payment.. who does that? This is still not an issue as my handling time is stated as 2 days and ebay told me I have done nothing worng on my part. He received the package well within the shipping time frame even during this chaos (he was actually on of the lucky ones), and now he opened a return case. I have a no return policy. He wants a return, lies about the phone service not being compatible as his issue. What should I do?

A seller's NO return policies really mean nothing any more, as eBay's Money Back Guarantee will over-ride.
NO returns, does not mean NO Refunds and you will be forced to refund anyway no matter what...

If he chose a remorse reason you will have a deny button. Used to once that was done a buyer couldn't open a not as described case not sure if that is true. But they can still file with paypal or their cc

Unfortunately, you'll have to accept his return. But make sure you add him to your blocked buyer list
