I have a very patient buyer in Sarasota, Florida.
Hasn't even filed a INR yet but i have built a good rapport with him.
Purchase date: 4-14
Ship date: 4-15
Estimated delivery date: 4-21
I initiated a package trace on: 4-27
It says "case closed" on: 4-29
What does that mean?
The package still shows no movement.

ok guys so I got an update today. I have had 3 packages to which i sent back on April 17th. i have opened cases and filed missing packages claims and i finally got a good person who has been working at the post office for 40 yes 40 years. what she told me is that when trump and that new post master general he put into office took out some of the packaging/mail sorting machines, which processed 1000 pieces of mail/packages an hour on average, it backed the east coast up severely. she said first class she is seeing sometimes come up or be delivered at 6 weeks and priority mail almost a month. she said they are doing it allllll by hand so they so backed up and overworked that until they get those machines back on or working that it will be like this for awhile. she said that its a lot of bureaucracy to get this man out of his position and right now no telling when this will happen. so if you mailing to the east coast expect some mad customers for very long waits sometimes.

Ha! Blame everything on Trump. Joe has been in control of the US for 3 years. When you get hired to do a job you don't take a 4 year vacation and ignore the tax paying citizens. Then.... Blame all the destruction you've caused on the previous boss. Take some of that illegal migrant money and get some new machines. When Trump is back in office, or any republican, let's see how things look three years from now.

In my experience, it means that they made one attempt to confirm with my city PO that the package hadn't arrived there, and then they cleaned their hands of it.
Not check with customs, not verify it made it to an ISC, not check with any intervening DCs it should have passed through on its way.
Simply a "meh... Can't find it, sorry". Case closed, sorry for the $750 inconvenience- have a nice day😁
That's what it means...
