What do I do if my package is stuck in international customs?

I ordered some nose drops from Russia (I live in the US) on April 20 and the delivery estimate was May 8th-27th, it arrived in customs on April 23rd and has stayed there since.

It should eventually break free of the jam and get to you.

Your protections have likely expired on eBay (you have 30 days from the date that they were supposed to arrive to file an Item Not Received), but you have 180 days from the purchase date to file an Item Not Received claim with PayPal.

Could be there was an issue and you'll never get them.  Russia seems kind of far to go for something that sounds as innocent as nose drops.  If it's something you can't buy in the US you likely can't receive shipment of it either.  Some drugs are considered prohibited materials.

No it (naftizin) is sold here but its extremely rare, in fact there's only one place I know of that sells them and its almost 2 hours drive away from me.

Personally, I would drive 2 hours to get the medicine

rather than waiting and hoping for months for a package from Russia.

BUT, that is just me.

naftizin -- I think a prescription is needed for this drug.

May be why the package was confiscated in customs.
