I ordered some nose drops from Russia (I live in the US) on April 20 and
the delivery estimate was May 8th-27th, it arrived in customs on April
23rd and has stayed there since.
No it (naftizin) is sold here but its extremely rare, in fact there's
only one place I know of that sells them and its almost 2 hours drive
away from me.
