West Virginia is not available for Rate Tables...

As per title - it appears that selecting West Virginia is just not possible in the rate tables for shipping.

Unless "Virginia (West)" as a subselection of Virginia is supposed to cover it... which would be strange considering 12 smaller states by population have their own entries.

Anyone care to confirm?

Expand the Virginia option. There are a South, North, and West choices there.

It looks like eBay screwed the pooch again (probably* an offshore, not English as first language coder), and lumped the state of West Virginia in as a subregion of the state of Virginia. Try checking the Virginia (West) suboption, and then test your live listing with a WV zipcode (like 24712). It probably works.

*if not, then it's bad news for the state of the US education system.
