Weirdness with return and case.

Ok. I recieved a smokstik. I purchased another previous. It works still tip top to this day. Neither coil worked in it and it leaked everywhere. I bought the smok brand coils and it worked great for one day. Then it pooped out. D1- charged it /tried to validate authenticity code said it was invalid willing to overlook. D2- tried the coils no luck/ still willing to overlook if i could get it to work.. D3-new authentic coil and worked great... D4- pooped out no charge nothing... D5 messaged seller... they accepted the return after telling me to open a case.... ok... i did.. sent it back after pulling the box and coils out of the trash and packaging every item that was sent to me.... put in tracking. They recieved it. No mention of it not working. No mention of it not being a verified product only that it had juice all over it and that it was apparently missing seals that werent in the box from start. They have the product and my money and ebay closed the case for them the same day they recieved it in the mail stating no refund.... well they agreed to refund.... ebay said if they dont refund in 6 days to call back... they will go from there because he was genuinely concerned at the way this case was handled and it all looked very suspect.... which i agree because other buyers hav been complaining about fake products exact number as mine.... im worried im going to loose my money.... i didnt do anything wrong. There was no damage... it was a shoddy generic product and the real thing i would recommend to anyone.... what do i do? Just wait the 6 days or what?

Explain?

Can you show that screen saying "no refund"?

It's normal for the seller to have 6 business days to refund, after delivery:https://s32.postimg.org/c7muu22v9/e_Bay_Return_Your_item_is_on_its_way_back_to_the.png

Weirdness with return and case.

It was just very odd and even the customer service guy couldnt understand why the case would have been closed the day they recieved the item or why it stated no refund when it was already promised... i just want to make sure there isnt a time limit to appeal if needed or just wait and see if they giv me money....
