I HAVE BEEN FROUD FOR EBAY  THEY PROMASE ME THAT I WAS RESIVE MY CAR IN 2 DAYS I DID THE TRANSACTION LIKE THEY TOLD ME WITH EBAY GIF CARD  I HAVE EVERITHING  NOW THE PHONE FROM EBAY SAID HAS BEEN DISCONECTED I BEEN CALL YOU GUYS AND NOW WATH U EBAY JUS PUT ME ON HOLD FOR MORE THEN ONE OUR I NEED MY 1200 BACK LIKE U EBAY SAID MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

You didn't buy the car through eBay. You have been scammed and the sale had nothing to do with eBay. Any emails, phone calls, or messages you got were from the scammers, not eBay. About all you can do is file a police report. Sorry this happened, but you have to realize that gift cards are the same as cash and when you give them to someone, they are gone.

It is so sad to keep reading people being taken by this common scam.   In addition to reporting the scam to eBay, report the scam to the place where you originally found it (Facebook, Craigs List, etc).

OK, I see you are frustrated.  Sorry to see that!

First, this is a Community Forum and as such it is Members helping other Members.  There are no eBay employees here, but on VERY rare occasion.

Second, TYPING IN ALL CAPS IS CONSIDERED TO BE "SHOUTING" in internet decorum.  No one wants to be shouted at, especially volunteers that are here trying to help.  So take the CAPS LOCK off when typing, please.
