Voiding shipping labels

I ended up running low on ink in my shipping label didn’t come out right. I waited past the 24 hour mark to be able to reprint for free now I have to void the label. Seems like my only option. What happens when I void the label? Will I be able to purchase another one without  it effecting the order?

Voiding shipping labels

You can void an unused eBay postage label up to 5 days after purchase.

Yes, you'll be able to purchase another label.

If this happens again, save the label in pdf format so you can reprint it later.  Technically labels are supposed to be used on the date that is printed on them, but most Post Offices are flexible if it's just a day or two "stale."

Voiding shipping labels

When you void the label, you will see a credit for the amount in your PayPal account in about 2 weeks.  It will say from USPS and/or eBay shipping.

Also be aware that even though you may have bought the original label within one day, when you void the label and buy a new one then eBay considers the packaged shipped from the date of the second label. So if you have a 1 day handling then eBay will consider it a late shipment.
