Voiding a shipping label

I accidentally printed out a label for for the wrong amount, namely Priority Mail for 2 pounds when the package actually weighed less than one pound. Can I void the label and get my money back, and then print out another label for 1 pound? I don't want to end up paying for both labels! I tried canceling the payment on Paypal, but couldn't find a way to do that.

You can void an unused eBay postage label up to 5 days after purchase.

Thanks. When I tried to void the label, I got a message saying the request can't be processed right now, and to come back later. When I tried later, it said I can't void the label because I either already used it or canceled it. But when I look at PayPal I don't see a refund. Is there a page where I can see if the label actually was canceled or not?

The refund takes 2 - 3 weeks to show up because USPS won't approve it until they're sure that you really didn't use the label.
