A buyer opened a case against me because they claim they haven't received my item, but tracking says it has been delivered.
I uploaded the tracking information to the case, but I was wondering how long does it take for it to close? And will it close in my favor?
I also told the buyer to check in with their post office, mailman, and neighbors. Thanks!

Normally it should be resolved within 48 hours of receiving your tracking information. If it has been longer than that you can ask for a call back at the bottom of this page:
