I sold an item this week, and when I prepared it for shipping, and printed the label, I noticed it said no signature was required for delivery, which I was not content with.
So I voided the label, removed it and purchased another one with tracking and proof of delivery.
When I go on to the selling page, it shows the item as "shipped in multiple deliveries" which is not the case.
I can see that it was delivered this morning, and proof of delivery has been sent to me.
When I click on the tracking info link it says (including the voided one) it says it has been delivered. Yet on the order details page it still only says dispatched.
If I go to the shipping labels page it says "void requested" on the label I cancelled.
Not sure what to do now. At the time it said if the label wasn't scanned (which it wasn't because I removed it) then I would be refunded. Is there a set time that it takes to void it?

The refund for a voided label generally takes 2 - 3 weeks to show up because USPS won't authorize the credit until they're sure that you really didn't use the label.

Not sure how it is in the UK, but in the US it takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.

It seems like there may be some confusion regarding the status of the shipping label and the order details on eBay. Here are some steps you can take to address the situation:
Contact eBay Support: If you're unsure about the status of the voided label and its impact on the order details, it's best to reach out to eBay's customer support for assistance. You can explain the situation to them and ask for clarification on how the voided label affects the order status and whether you'll still be refunded as promised.
Check for Refund: As you mentioned, if the label wasn't scanned due to being voided, you should be eligible for a refund. However, it may take some time for the refund to be processed. You can check your eBay account or payment method to see if the refund has been issued.
Update Order Details: If the order details still show the item as "shipped in multiple deliveries" incorrectly, you can try updating the order details manually. Go to the order page and see if there's an option to edit or modify the shipping information. If not, you may need to contact eBay support for assistance in correcting the order details.
Communicate with the Buyer: It's a good idea to communicate with the buyer and inform them about the situation, especially if the tracking information may be confusing. Let them know that the item has been shipped with the correct label and provide any relevant tracking information to reassure them about the delivery status.
By taking these steps, you should be able to address the issues with the voided shipping label and ensure that the order details accurately reflect the shipping status of the item.
