Need Help! Have a VOIDED shipping label from March 17-2020 - label was voided immediately after printing & realized a mistake was made w the label- Have not yet received the refund from USPS. even tho The tracking shows the label was not used & shows the 2nd label paid for & printed -- shows tracking on the 2nd label being delivered.
It has now been CLOSE TO 2 MONTHS & there is no refund from USPS. (Have received more recent refunds for same thing) What are my options to receive this USPS SHIPPING Voided label refund?? ~ don't see anywhere on the 'manage shipping labels' or community help page that addresses this problem. ~ am guessing the miss is possibly due to COVID19 crisis when personnel may have not been working. Can anyone help with information to fix this??!!!
