Voided USPS Shipping Label - Where can I go to confirm it was credited?

About 3-4 weeks ago I printed a USPS shipping label but couldn't use it (it was Priority Mail and the box was too big). The label was never used or scanned by USPS. I created a new FedEx label and the package has since been received by the customer. If I go to my Shipping Labels section, it just says 'Void Requested'. How can I check the status, or do I need to reach out to support? Last time I tried to reach support, it was impossible to find a contact email address or phone number.

It is USPS that refunds the money for voided shipping labels ... NOT eBay.  It usually takes 2-3 weeks to see the refund.

You can go to the payment source you used to purchase the label ... and see if the postage was refunded.

Refunds for voided shipping labels will show up on your payments list.  Just like purchases for shipping labels show up there ~ paid thru your funds. I've voided 2 labels in the past and this is where my credit showed up at. 🙂

It will normally take 3 weeks to get credit .
