Why ebay use usps for international shipping from out side from usa?

i see in the internet that they don't do shipping outside from usa...

Maybe it is just a language thing and if that is the case then I apologize. But you asked about USPS "from USA". The USPS does indeed ship from the USA to other countries. Now if you meant to ask about using the USPS for shipping FROM Israel then you are right and you should use your own Israeli postal system.

and one from asendia why that ?

The first number was for the first part of the trip.

The second number from Asendia is for the last part of the trip and the number you'll go by now.
