What do I need yo do. I got a refund agreement from Seller. I then was sent a return shipping label, and shipped at USPS office. The tracking has stopped and item has not been delivered to seller. I filed a missing mail request with USPS, but since the return label was not requested or purchased by me I cant file claim. Tracking shows item in possession of USPS. What are my options?

Who paid for the label, you or your seller?

How long has it been? I’m sure it’s just delayed.

Hi @tedmoe eBay told me here that since you used an eBay return label, you will get a refund no matter who paid for the label:

When a buyer returns an item and it doesn't show delivered within the specified timeframe then we will look at three possible situations to determine the outcome.
1. If the buyer used an eBay return label then we will close the case in the buyers favor, regardless of who paid for the return label.
So send a private message with your name, email, and zip code to eBay here and ask to ESCALATE the return.
