Uploaded on time but no carrier scan....what constitutes this??

Unless it's an ESE shipment you can have the carrier scan it when you drop it off.

Maybe try getting an acceptance scan when you drop them off at the PO (using a scan sheet?)
I don't know for sure...your volume looks pretty big....
Unless you discuss origin scanning with the postmaster of your branch (I did do that a couple years back, telling them why I have to go the live clerk everytime I send something, since they were not scanning in everything I would leave in the lobby bin daily.)

You MUST take your item to the P.O. - Stand on line & get your acceptance scan. Leaving your box or envelope on the counter to be scanned after you leave or simply giving it to your local carrier is risky & your package may not get scanned within your handling time. IMHO Of Course. (Also as someone has said - If you have more than a few use your scan sheet)
