Unverified address USPS nor would eBay allow us to ship we cancel get negative feedback

We got order for 2 items USPS nor eBay shipping would allow us to print label. Google address does not exist, reach out to buyer , he blame eBay and stated he's had lots of problems with USPS . We ship all orders same day and could not print and ship this order so we canceled at end of the day . customer leaves us negative feedback   and blames eBay refused to remove . We reached out to eBay requesting removing feedback as this has really nothing to do with us we certainly wanted to ship . eBay responds sorry we can not remove after reviewing its with in guild-lines...REALLY we could not ship to a non existent or incomplete address per eBay and USPS and its our fault ? Anyone have this problem Was this a bad judgement call on the eBay reviewer?

you can call ebay enplane to them everything they may remove your bad feedback.

I got an order today with no street address, just Buyers Name, Community Center, Itica, NY.  eBay/USPS would not allow shipping to the address as it was not valid.

I cancelled within minutes, notified buyer and relisted the item. 

If a negative comes from it, I will not stop contacting eBay until it is removed.

I suggest OP to do likewise.  When you reply to their form letter refusal to remove, be sure to state everything again and ask for a supervisor to look at it.  If that doesn't work, keep spreading the word about the injustice.  If nobody speaks up, then eBay keeps on trucking along and sellers get blind sided by unfair practices.

I knew when I cancelled the order this afternoon that they could give me a negative, so I was polite and explained kindly that they needed to update their address and then they could reorder the item for imediate shippment.

Thanks much we are quite surprised eBay would NOT remove feedback for item we could not ship to a invalid address We did the same and reached out to the buyer recommend they contact there postal service office to get there address corrected. Note they have left several negative feedbacks past sellers for same reason . Buyer continues to blame eBay and  USPS , selling 19 years on eBay we had address issues but never bad  feedback and NOT have eBay step in and help
