Absolutely @mark2_4171 your eBay address needs to be correct, if you are to be delivered. You must fix it here:
https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses
And check your UniUni delivery here, click on View Delivery Confirmation to see your delivery photos, if it is even your front door:

Letting all who read this you are at serious risk of losing packages if your vendor is overseas and use uniuni

Actually, UniUni delivered my package (logo at the top left corner)
a few minutes ago today with no issues and no tariffs
in 6 days from China
and posted all the delivery photos in tracking at their website.

You are one of the few lucky ones I have googled uniuni and those reviews are 1 star in fact on eBay forums people are asking eBay to tell sellers not to use it and just recently had found thousands of packages dumped by uniuni drivers you sound like a bot but either way it's a craps game.

The biggest problem with UniUni is they use independent contractors to deliver their packages. If the driver decides not to finish the route for some reason they take the packages back to the warehouse.
UniUni state they send emails when this occurs, but I have never received 1 email from them. Usually when a package shows out for delivery you can expect it to arrive anywhere from that day to 2-3 days later depending on the driver. Also, in my area they may show up anytime between 10 AM- 9 PM. They never knock on the door they just dump and run.
The customer service phone number goes to AI and it is dang near impossible to get a live agent. If you do happen to get past the AI they say no one is available and hang up. Their website chatbot is totally useless and just spits out generic gibberish.

I talked with an eBay rep and they definitely saw red flags just with the tracking alone I won't be able to fix it until Dec 18 but he did say it was very strange and they have access to all my messages including screenshots of everything that went down.

Who was the original shipper for your package. Is it from overseas? (China, Japan etc) UniUni is just the final mile carrier when it arrives in the USA.
I have one that was out for delivery yesterday. At 8:00 PM I used UniUni 's chatbot to inquire if it would still be delivered that day and the message I received was that: "It is out for delivery with the driver and should be delivered in the next 1-2 days"
This is actually par for the course with UniUni in my area. I will say that I have always received the packages sent final mile delivery with UniUni, but they are very inconsistent when it comes to delivering on the day they actually show it out for delivery.
Hopefully yours shows up in a day or 2.

It was a Chinese vendors on eBay everything about the tracking is off and what photos uniuni provided showed a rectangular package with no label just black writing on a yellow wrapped package it was sent it definitely was stolen by the driver because tracking showed it was delivered to a different city than where I live me and the seller are both verified and the first thing that came up on tracking it they said it was a wrong address

This is one I have arriving from a Chinese seller that will be arriving by UniUni later this week or next.
Was the original shipper Orange Connex and did the original tracking number start with ES100. That is usually the shipper most Chinese vendors use to ship from China. Once it arrives in the USA it receives the UniUni tracking number (7th line from top) for final mile delivery. It could have been mislabeled by UniUni if it was delivered in a different city completely.
