You can just change your address to an address in Vietname when you place the order. That is, if the seller allows shipping to Vietnam. If they don't, you can sign up with a "re-shipper" service. You can search on Google for something like "freight forwarder" "to vietnam". I don't use any of these services, but many of my customer do.
