I have had this issue for months and raised it with eBay support at least sixt times. No resolution, I simply cannot buy from ebay in the UK (where I live). The issue started with a new phone and then propagated across all my devices. I haven't changed any address or anything like that. Before I used to buy/sell on ebay for 7 years in the UK with no issues.
The peculiarities:
- I triple-checked all addresses to make sure all say London, UK
- the issues seems to be linked to Apple devices? ( I used two different iPhones and two different Macbooks to test, still the same issue)
- I tried using different browsers
- I used the same device (iPhone) but created a new Apple id and a brand new eBay user and still the same issue!!!
it is absolutely crazy! There must be some kind of deep caching in apple iOS / MacOS?
