Unexpected problem with buying

I decided to buy a certain spare part for a sports boat, and found two sellers in the USA who got this exact part. I need at least two or three so called trim and tilt marine hydraulic pumps. Both sellers state that they offer worldwide shipping. But when I try to buy these pumps on Ebay and have them sent to SE Asia I get a message saying "Item does not ship to your location." On the seller's page it says he does not sell to Japan or Australia, nor to US military bases. I have sent messages to the sellers about helping me out, and that I am willing to pay extra charges for postage. This matter is simple. I need to buy these things, and I read that the sellers offer world-wide shipping, but then when I want to pay, Ebay stops me in the process, and I don't get answers from sellers about shipping.

If you are asking whether or not a buyer can have worldwide shipping, but prohibit sales to APO/FPO addresses, the answer is "yes".

As part of a seller's configuation, they have the ability to prohibit domestic selling to APO/FPO, Alaska/Hawaii, PO Boxes, and/or US Protectorates .... yet allow shipping to all other regions of the world.

In the past, Reshipping Companies were providing a valuable service, however these days some of those companies are not always trustworthy, and that creates a liability issue for both the buyer and seller. If you can find a reputable reshipping company, than that might solve your problem.

If there is not a shipping cost to your country then it is likely that the seller has excluded that country as a shipping location.  You can ask if they will ship there but it is totally up to the seller as to where they ship. 

If you are on a PC and click on the shipping tab in about the center of the listing, it will show you the shipping locations that the seller has excluded and/or the locations that the seller does ship to.
