Hi. Please answer my question:)

If 3 of unauthorized items have been sold and shipped one day before relisting of the unauthorized items by Ebay. And after relisting, theese 3 sold items was disappear from the "list of sold in 60 days". 

In this case the payment of theese 3 items will be refund from my account or not?

Ebay send message to me about unauthorized items which i listed. And then theese items were relisted. but one day before from this message i have already sold 3 of theese unauthorized items and shipped them.

Buyer paid money and i shipped items. 

But after this message about relisting, theese 3 items which i sold is disappear from "sold list". i cannot see  them anywhere. 

My question is: although i have shipped 3 items, will ebay withdraw theese 3 payment from my balance?

No, the payments are in your PayPal account, and eBay cannot just "take it away".

However, if the buyers file disputes about the payments, they will be put on hold. For an  item not received dispute, the hold will be released when the package has a delivery scan.
