Unable to send message to sellers.

I am based in Ireland but usually buy from Ebay.co.uk. Due to Brexit and the extra costs involved now, I have been looking on Ebay,de (I have bought from this site many times before). However, if I have a query, usually postage costs to Ireland, I am unable to send message, as the blue "send message" box is not activated, stays a light blue colour and I cannot click on it to send message. Just noticed this on Ebay.com too. Anyone got any thoughts. Thanks.

What browser are you using?

Have you tried another? Preferably an up to date one with no add-ons or extensions.

As soon as I start typing a message in the message field, the Send Message button turns blue for me.
